The flavour was a very pleasant surprise — I was worried it would taste artificial. It tastes a bit like a creamy semolina porridge with raspberries, which I think is a big plus. The flavour is nicely milky, rather than having that cheap chocolate aftertaste.

Creatine is creatine — it’s meant to work in a specific way, and it does. You can definitely feel faster recovery, the muscles look better and feel more pumped, and training endurance lasts longer. The orange flavour is very good. It’s neither too intense nor too subtle.

It has a brilliant texture – a thick, glossy chocolate spread packed with loads of crunchy peanut pieces. The cream has a lightly noticeable salty note, which is a total winner for me.

As someone with diabetes, I recommend it — there’s no massive insulin spike, and even in larger amounts the glucose doesn’t do any harm! :) I’d definitely recommend it and I’m adding more to my basket :D
