This is a protein powder supplement based on whey protein concentrate. A 30 g serving delivers 22 g of protein, 115 kcal, 1.8 g of fat, 2.7 g of carbohydrates and 1.7 g of sugars. Per 100 g of product, there are 73 g of protein and 92 g of whey protein concentrate. Mix the powder with water, milk or a plant-based drink and shake it up for a quick, performance-ready boost.
